Prayerfully engaging and connecting everyone

Pastor LeeAnn Inman

Pastor Inman’s first Sunday with us will be on July 4, 2010. We look forward to her leadership and ministry with us for many years to come!

The Peace Staff Parrish Relations Committee is hosting a Fourth of July cookout and reception following the morning worship services at 12:00 noon. Everyone is invited to help us welcome our new pastor and family. Bring chips, watermelon or drinks to share

The Reverend Inman is excited to begin her ministry at Peace UMC. Following graduation from Winter Park High School, LeeAnn spent a year as an exchange student in Sweden, and then studied English and Theater at Stetson University in DeLand. Her graduate work and Master of Divinity degree were accomplished at Princeton Theological Seminary, New Jersey, and McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago.

LeeAnn was ordained in the Florida Conference in 1979, and transferred to the Northern Illinois conference the next year, where she served Chicago area churches from 1980 to 1997. She returned to Florida to serve as associate at Hyde Park UMC, Tampa, for three years, and then moved to serve as senior pastor at Orange Park UMC for the next seven years. Most recently, she returned home to Orlando as the Minister of Spiritual Formation at St. Luke’s UMC. There, her areas of responsibility include worship design, stewardship, and the ways that our faith is formed in worship and lived out in the stewardship of our lives

LeeAnn is married to Tom Wilkinson, who serves as Vice President of the Florida United Methodist Foundation. They live in Orlando with their adult daughter, Carrie, who has worked as an aide with in church preschool programs in Orange Park and Orlando. Sons Theo and Simon are college students. LeeAnn enjoys jazz, power walking, reading fiction and competitive Scrabble.
